Understand where you are.
Settle in and explore how change is affecting your emotions, daily life, relationships, and sense of direction. There is no expectation to feel a certain way or share more than you want to.

Loss · Transition · Change
When life shifts, you deserve space to find your footing. Felt offers free community hikes and personal 1:1 experiences through time outdoors, guided reflection, and honest human connection.
Based in Colorado’s Front Range. Come as you are.
About Felt
Some changes turn your world upside down. Others happen quietly: a relationship ends, a career stops fitting, you become a parent, or the life you imagined begins to look different. Even a welcome change can bring complicated feelings.
A new loss or transition can bring earlier grief back into focus. You may be carrying more than the present moment: old memories, unanswered questions, or self-doubt about what comes next.
Felt offers nonclinical, guided experiences for people navigating loss, transition, and change. We make room to notice what’s happening, put words to what matters, and explore a next step that feels possible.
Our work brings together movement, time outside, reflection, and connection. Walking side by side makes room for a different kind of conversation, with pauses, changing scenery, and space to simply be.
You don’t need the right words, a clear explanation, or someone to come with. Showing up is enough.
Settle in and explore how change is affecting your emotions, daily life, relationships, and sense of direction. There is no expectation to feel a certain way or share more than you want to.
Conversation, movement, reflection, intentional pauses, and quiet offer different ways through. We follow what feels useful to you, rather than pushing toward a predetermined answer.
Bring together what surfaced. In a 1:1 experience, we close with a personalized reflection and a manageable next step, not a demand to have everything figured out.
The Felt Compass
The Felt Compass is a reflection framework that helps us notice where change is landing: emotions, wellbeing, everyday life, connection, and the ways you’re coping. It offers a starting point for conversation, not a score or diagnosis.
From there, we explore what you need: to talk, understand, feel, move, or remember. The framework supports your experience; it does not tell you who you are or how you should feel.
Felt’s framework is nonclinical. It is not a diagnostic tool or a clinically validated assessment.

Meet your guide
After my mom died in 2020, my understanding of what mattered changed. Grief became part of how I saw my relationships, my work, and the life I wanted to build.
That experience inspired Good Grief, and eventually Felt: a wider invitation for people moving through the things that change us. Grief remains at the heart of this work, alongside the many transitions that can leave us searching for direction and connection.
I know what it is to carry grief into a new chapter and to wonder whether you can trust your own direction. Felt is not about leaving your past behind or forcing a positive spin on what hurts.
My role is to meet you wherever you are, offer thoughtful prompts, and make space for you to explore your own experience. Together, we can notice what matters and what a next step might look like. You decide what to share and what feels useful.
I believe community grows through people showing up as they are, one step at a time. I’d love to walk alongside you.
